1 method: through the panel (this method is convenient when you need to upload a single file): For it, you need to either use the "Upload" button to select the file you need or drag it into the file manager window.

The second method you can use is via SFTP (this method is convenient if you need to upload multiple files): To use this method, follow these steps: open the file manager, find the SFTP options on the right and click on the "Connect" button. You will then be prompted to enter your password. In case clicking on the button does not result in action, it is recommended to install WinSCP. Alternatively, you can simply copy the specified data and paste it into the SFTP client you are using.
